Local service

Proudly serving Lockhart

Lockhart sits just north of San Marcos, a short drive up Highway 183, where the land rolls gently and the summers are long and dry. The housing stock includes historic homes near the courthouse square, mid-century ranch houses on wide lots, and newer subdivisions with pools that need regular resurfacing. The limestone-rich soil drains well but can shift, and the hot sun fades plaster and tile over time. Lockhart is compact enough that we can get to any part of town quickly, but the older neighborhoods have narrow streets that require careful parking.

Our crew leaves San Marcos and arrives in Lockhart with a full load of materials and tools. We set up on site, tarping the work area and running hoses from the customer's spigot. Because Lockhart is so close, we can make multiple trips if needed and still finish the job in a single day. We chip out the old finish, apply the new plaster or pebble, and clean up before we go. The yard is left tidy, with nothing left behind but a fresh pool surface.

IPP - Invictus Pool Plastering works across San Marcos, TX and the surrounding Hill Country, so a crew is never far from Lockhart. Call (512) 938-8093 or request a free estimate and we’ll come out and take a look.

What Lockhart homeowners call us for

Pool Renovation

Older Lockhart pools with cracked plaster or worn tile get a full renovation. We strip the old surface, repair the shell, and apply a new finish that handles the heat.

Quartz Plaster

Quartz plaster gives a smooth, reflective finish that stands up to Lockhart's hard water. We mix and apply it in a single coat, then cure it slowly to prevent cracking.

Pebble Finish

Pebble aggregate is a common choice for Lockhart pools because it resists staining and stays cool underfoot. We trowel it on and wash it to expose the stone.

Tile Repair & Replacement

Waterline tile on Lockhart pools often pops loose from ground movement. We replace the damaged tile and set it with a flexible adhesive that accommodates shifting.

Where we work

Across Lockhart

Courthouse Square Area

Historic homes around the Lockhart courthouse have older pools that need careful renovation. Access is tight, and we work around mature trees and narrow driveways without blocking the street.

Highway 183 Frontage

Newer subdivisions along the 183 corridor have pools that need routine resurfacing. We can pull trucks into the driveway and set up without disrupting traffic on the main road.

Outlying Ranch Properties

Homes on larger lots east and west of Lockhart have pools that are farther from the road. We bring extra material and plan for longer hose runs and more cleanup time.

Did you know Invictus does roof patching as well as pools? Well, if you don't now you do. My business has a membrane roof with holes that were getting progressively worse. Mike and his team assessed the damage and gave a fair quote and their work stands up! Not a single leak even after that wild storm we had the other day. Highly recommend.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with Invictus Pool Plastering. Mike and his crew did a fantastic job on our pool renovation from start to finish. We chose the French Gray Reflections Quartz plaster and a multi colored blue tile and it looks amazing! The water sparkles when the sun hits it. Quality work at a great price.

Got a pebble finish from invictus, midnight blue finish, turned out so much better than I expected; that being said, the staff and employees were respectful, kind and very considerate. They were very fast and efficient and were even respectful to our neighbors.
